By engaging in a reading, you acknowledge that this is a spiritual advisory service and should be treated as a form of entertainment and spiritual exploration. Arithaelna does not claim to provide absolute or infallible truth, and the guidance received should be balanced with your own intuition and judgment.
Service Policies & Disclaimer
Honesty is the foundation of the Temple we build together. These policies ensure that our time and energy are respected, allowing the space for genuine spiritual guidance to unfold without distraction or drama.
Bookings
Appointments are secured only upon receipt of payment. Ensure you provide accurate contact details so the invitation from the Spirit world reaches you correctly. No booking is final until the Temple gates are confirmed.
Rescheduling
Life happens, but energy must be managed. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice. Changes requested inside this window are not permitted as the space has already been held for your soul.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the session receive a full refund minus processing fees. Inside 72 hours, no refunds are issued. I do not muck around with time that has been chaneled for you.
Lateness
Promptness is respect. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to honor the next person. Lateness beyond 15 minutes is treated as a no-show, and no refund will be given. Triple Amen.
Refunds
Services are rendered upon completion. No refunds are issued after a reading is delivered, as the spiritual work and channeled energy cannot be returned. If I feel a connection cannot be made, I will refund you immediately.
Donations
Donations help build the Temple. These are voluntary and given from the soul. Once processed, donations are final and non-refundable. They represent your gratitude for the spiritual guidance received. Amen.

Service Policies
- Bookings: All sessions must be booked and paid in full via our online portal.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Minimum 24-hour notice required. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the full fee.
- Lateness: If you are late, your session time will be reduced accordingly. After 15 minutes, the session is cancelled without refund.
- Refunds: No refunds once a reading has been delivered. If at the start of a session Arithaelna feels a connection cannot be made, a full refund will be issued.
- Donations: Contributions for 'Donation Only' readings are non-refundable and support the building of our spiritual Temple.
Legal Notice & Liability
Clients must be 18 years or older. Readings are for entertainment and spiritual exploration only. Arithaelna is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We assume no liability for actions taken based on the information provided during a session.
